Priority Queue

Tasks can be added to your Priority Queue which takes precedent over all other tasks. Anything here is promoted to the top of your forecast, ahead of all tasks unless specifically scheduled.

Task Lists

Lists are used to group your tasks by project or category, allowing you to review and prioritise tasks relating to a specific area of work.

Task Duration

Duration is highly important for accurate forecasting. Horizn uses it to work out how tasks actually fit into your available time — so be as accurate as you can when you set it.

Task Deadline

Tasks with deadlines get prioritised above others when required by Horizn's AI prioritisation engine so that nothing slips through the cracks. Hard deadlines take the highest priority.

Task Plan

Your task plan tells Horizn your ideal intention for when to do this by (e.g. 'Must Do Today' or 'Next 3 Days'). The AI uses this as an ideal plan, but flexibly makes adjustments when required.

Task Importance

Importance tells Horizn how much a task matters to you — set it High for work that's critical to priorities, Medium for normal day-to-day, and Low for nice-to-haves.

The All Tasks page is best for finding tasks using filters. Search, sort and slice your entire task list to track down anything quickly.
